Shipping Options

UNITED STATES

We ship to Hawaii, Alaska and other U.S. territories. We cannot guarantee overnight shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and other U.S. territories. Shipping is not available to post office or APO/FPO boxes.

We offer free shipping in 3-5 business days via USPS First Class for lighter packages and Fedex Home Delivery. Please note, orders must be confirmed before 1 pm ET for Two Day and Next Day delivery. Orders placed after 1 pm ET will be shipped the following business day. Shipping does not reflect holiday delivery schedule. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise.

You will receive an email with tracking information once the package has shipped. If you don’t receive your tracking information within 36 hours of placing your order, then please contact our community manager at: communitymanager@hauspage.com. Also, please allow at least 24 hours for the tracking to update. We do not have any additional information about your package than what is posted on the USPS website. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that the USPS tracking has labeled as “delivered.” If you would like to purchase insurance on your package, please send us a message prior to placing your order.

INTERNATIONAL

Shipping Rates

International orders vary by location, but start at $12 USD. We offer a variety of shipping methods for international orders through USPS. We can ship to virtually any place in the world. Shipments to Canada typically take 5-10 business days once the order has left our studio. Shipments to countries like the UK and Australia can take up to 4 weeks to arrive. However, the shipping method can be upgraded if you need it sooner.

Tracking

International orders are tracked only for their duration within the US. After the order has left the US, tracking will no longer show it’s location. We do not have any additional information about your package thaen what is posted on the USPS website. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that the USPS tracking has labeled as “delivered.” If you would like to purchase insurance on your package, please send us a message prior to placing your order.

Customs Fees

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.

Gifts

If your order is a gift and you would like it gift wrapped with a gift receipt with no prices listed, please include this in your notes at checkout.

Return Policy

Haus Page offers FREE returns within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please send the unused item in its original and unworn condition, with all tickets attached, and a copy of your packing slip with reason for return within 30 days of receiving your item(s) for a refund. Items with any tag removed cannot be accepted and will be returned to the customer. Merchandise that is found to be worn or damaged will not be refunded. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days. Please allow up to 3-5 business days to see the refund to your account. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment.

Additional requirements apply to the following items:

Swimwear

To be eligible for return, swimwear must be unworn with tags and sanitary liner attached. Swimwear must be returned in the original packaging to be accepted

Footwear

Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels.

Return Instructions

United States

Contact our community manager to initiate a return and print a shipping label by emailing him at: communitymanager@hauspage.com   

Returns will be processed within 10 business days of receipt.

Refunds should appear in your account within 3-5 business days after processing. 

Return to a Haus Page Retail Shop

Items purchased at Haus Page may be returned to any full price Haus Page boutique for exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase date. Items purchased at hauspage.com may not be returned to our wholesale stores. Store associates will send the returned merchandise back to our warehouse free of charge. You will receive your refund once we receive the merchandise back in our warehouse and process the return. Returns sent from the full price stores may take up to 10 business days to process.

Return Status

We refund the cost of the returned merchandise within 10 business days of receipt to our warehouse and send you an email to confirm that the return has been completed. Refunds are in the form of original payment, such as the credit card used for the order. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 3-5 additional business days to post the refund to your account.
